G&A Partners provides businesses with a full range of human resources, administrative, risk management and financial & accounting services. We work in tandem with our valued clients to position them for optimal growth. G&A handles administrative headaches and provides its clients with the most valuable commodity of all – time to grow.

G&A Partners is in Search of professionals with an average of 2 - 8 years documented outside sales achievement in a strategic solution oriented business sales environment. (With a history of achieving and exceeding goals.) Previous sales experience in PEO, Payroll, HR, Financial services, or group health insurance. (Preferred but not mandatory.)

Former small biz owners provide a great background, as long as this is combined with solid sales experience. Financial services, insurance, investment bankers, factoring, as well as, brokers are all backgrounds that are traditionally a good fit.

Highly developed prospecting and conceptual/consultative selling skills to the executive level.

Candidates must display strong interpersonal skills, solid business acumen, competitiveness and a good work ethic. Develop database of prospect, set appointments, and make sales presentations to prospects. Follow-up with prospect in order to answer questions and address issues. Develop relationships with CPA’s and Brokers within territory. Generate referrals from existing client base and third party relationships. Develop knowledge of PEO industry, Company products, and competitors’ products.

1st year performers have a target income of $75K with potential income exceeding $100K. The typical earnings range for 2nd year & beyond performers is $90-150K with top producers earning well over $100K. G&A Partners has no cap on earnings and a residual compensation schedule that increases with volume sold.
