Pharmaceutical Dermatology Specialty Sales Representative
Long Description:
Our client is an exciting young company and a rapidly growing manufacturer in the Dermatology specialty segment of the pharmaceutical industry. They are undergoing a major national expansion of their sales force and have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell their prescription medications to Dermatologists in the Houston to San Antonio, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will have 4 year degree and 2-4 years professional sales experience with a documented track record of success, as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Pharmaceutical sales experience is helpful and needed to qualify for the upper end of the salary range, but is definitely not required as our client has an excellent training program, and candidates with other sales experience such as Business-to-Business will be given equal consideration.
The successful candidate can expect to earn $61-78K the first year, based on a starting salary of $45-62K plus a commission structure which adds $16K per year at plan, but your income could be higher based upon personal performance. In addition, you will receive a company car and an excellent benefit package, as well as a ground floor opportunity to advance in a dynamic, growing company in the healthcare industry.
This position requires specific experience. Candidates without the required experience cannot be considered for this position.
