New Business Development Representative

Sales Careers Online offers a lucrative commission and bonus plan for this position. In this professional role you will work weekdays: 9am to 5:30pm. No nights/No weekends.
Job Functions
The New Business Development Representative is aligned with a designated sales region and, together with the Sales Management Staff, identifies key opportunities within that region with the objective to increase customer base and drive account growth.
Requirements
Business related BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 2-4 years experience in account management and/or sales
Strong interactive presentation skills including the ability to present and train in an auditorium environment
Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action
Cooperative team member proactive in mobilizing internal team, client resources, recruiters and other contacts to ensure Sales Careers Online products are used to full advantage
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Careers Online tools
Highly organized/independently manages time and prioritizes effectively
Resilience and ability to cope effectively under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented – thorough, accurate and neat
Dependable with strong follow through skills
Action oriented with strong sense of urgency
Ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements and situations
Ability to travel 10-30%
