This position requires someone with a very outgoing personality plus excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be a self-starter and motivated with strong organizational skills. Working on the weekends is mandatory, but you will have time off during the week. Bi-lingual/Spanish is a plus.

Duties include; setting appointments with prospective buyers, assisting customers with their home buying decisions and possessing the ability to 'Close the Sale'.

THIS IS A COMMISSIONED DRIVEN POSITION!!

Base Salary + Commissions

($60-$70K realistically your first year; $80-$100K your second year)
