We are seeking sales performers to become key players within the organization.
Individuals who can demonstrate their successful track record in proactively selling to small and medium sized businesses and who have some proficiency with PC's will be considered. College degree or near completion of a degree will be considered in lieu of sales experience.
We provide training, pre-set appointments, a proven sales methodology, and incentives with money back guarantees.
Our salary and commission plan includes no commission caps and has accelerators built in to reward performance for meeting and exceeding quota.
Candidates will ideally live in the vicinity and have an existing network of contacts among small to medium sized businesses in Atlanta.
The sales professionals we hire will perform the following functions:
1. Respond to leads set up by our appointment setter, and generate personal leads through proactive calling, networking and from our advertising and marketing campaigns.
2. Identify decision makers, present our IT support services and close the sale.
3. Present to prospects using our proven sales tools describing how our products and solutions are the right choice for small and medium sized businesses.
4. Consistently attain or exceed assigned sales revenue quota.
5. Maintain contact management database and management reporting
6. Act as a team member and continue to develop and refine the sales processes through constructive feedback to management.
7. Provide input and direction to the company on product development, pricing and competition.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience as a PC user.
- Fearless and motivated ability to cold call businesses, identify the decision maker, persuasively present our solutions, and overcome objections to close each sales.
- A strong desire to succeed and advance with the company
- Good presentation and verbal communications skills
- Dependable and detailed oriented.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
