The ideal candidate will exceed at selling billing and accounts receivable management services to radiology physician practices by using their sales skills and experiences to build long-term client relationships through proven sales methods for our Radiology Group.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives for a multi-state territory.
Identify, develop and promote new sales growth through lead and relationship development
Strategic account planning and closing business with radiology physician practices; develop, deliver and participate in proposal preparation and sales presentations to secure new business
The ideal candidate should have the following:
A minimum of 10+ years healthcare sales experience.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
Selling business services such as medical billing, AR management, managed care contract negotiations, payer reimbursement tracking, compliance, and/or certified coding documentation, preferred.
Or experience selling physician practice management solutions.
Solid understanding of healthcare payment and reimbursement methods.
Experience calling on hospitals or physician groups.
Ability to accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and provide on-going management reports to communicate sales activity
Knowledge of selling process and the components to build and maintain customer loyalty to ensure repeat and referral business.
Strong organizational skills, territory management, account assessment and relationship development.
Exemplary sales presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills.
Demonstrated experience in long, complex sales cycles.
Must be comfortable and skilled at cold calling prospects.
Education and Skills:
Bachelors Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Knowledge of sales automation tools such as Salesforce.com
Travel requirement: 40%-60% within the continental US Location
Candidate will need to live near a major US city airport
