1. What are the major objectives to be accomplished by the person in this job?' Convert home buying prospects to buyers' Achieve high buyer satisfaction through good service' Prospect through telephone, follow-up and realtor solicitation
2. What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?' Meet, Greet and Qualify new home buying prospects' Sell new home to qualified prospects' Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports' Maintain relationship with key realtors' Follow-up with prospects and customers' Manage customers through home buying process from contract to closing' Manage appearance of model homes, sales office and community.
