As the Regional Director of Sales you will have responsibility for increasing sales, distribution and channel growth of IPsoft, Inc.’s managed services across the Independents and Multiples channels. This will be achieved by developing effective business plans in line with IPsoft, Inc.'s key growth areas, identification of strengths and weaknesses of the business and creating strategic plans for future growth. You will contribute to the growth and development of IPsoft, Inc.’s managed services initiatives and oversee the client base. This will be achieved with the support of the Senior Business Development Executives (3 reports), the Senior Sales Engineer (1 report).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You will ideally have a university degree, strong commercial and negotiating skills and also be able to demonstrate success in coaching high-achieving teams. A proven track record in sales with an understanding of customer analysis, business plans, marketing focus, identification of growth, and management experience is key having been gained from a major Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Following recent success in our managed services initiatives and a number of internal developments, we are now looking to develop, strengthen and increase our sales team. The business has grown with the market and has developed some key customers with the main focus on being a partner rather than just a MSP. With growth it has opened up new avenues in the UK, NY, CA and Asia markets hence it is now looking to strengthen and increase its sales team with the introduction of 3 positions; Head of Sales, Senior Business Development Executives and Sr. Sales Engineer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for client delivery assurance and business development within the CA Western business regions.
• Will head the team of Senior Business Development Executives and Senior Engagement Managers.
• Client relationship management: managing relationships with “C” level client personnel.
• Business Development: responsible for driving revenues from the assigned account scope across the entire opportunity management cycle.
• Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract.
• Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope.
• Account Planning and Governance: responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management.
• Pricing decisions: responsibility through involvement with negotiations and renegotiations of Master Service Agreements with the clients.
• Pre-sales support for new business development: work closely with the business unit head, Regional Director of Sales and the sales team to build a market penetration strategy in the prospect base for the business unit.
• Assist the sales team by anchoring pre-sales activities for qualified opportunities. The individual is usually involved in the early stage prospect meetings and scope/solution.
• Hiring for Client Facing Group roles within the business unit.
• Participation in aggregate resource planning for the business unit.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
• Candidate will have prior experience in working with high technology/discrete manufacturing clients.
• The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years experience in project and client management expertise from an established Managed Services Provider or a large Internet Service Provider company.
• Candidate will have the capability to provide advisory/thought leadership to customers in their areas of business and technology.
• Experience at Partner/Associate partner level with large System Integrators/Big4.

CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving capabilities.
• Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex IT projects.
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams.
• Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of clients' personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to technical individual contributors.
• Experience managing, recruiting, and retaining outstanding technical talent.

COMPENSATION
Salary: USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 per year Commission Structure: Aggressive graduating commission at milestones, paid monthly. Commission of most IPsoft sales personnel well exceeds base. Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
