60 active buyer and seller leads monthly per agent (on average)

$750-$1,500 Cash Monthly Allowance (In addition to Commissions!!).

Requirements:

Active Nevada Real Estate License
Active Board Member (GLVAR)
Excellent local area knowledge
Sales experience and a strong desire to succeed

Must be computer and Internet savvy
Comfortable in a very fast-paced, ever changing environment
Self-motivated and organized, consistently setting and achieving goals
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding business environment
Home office with high speed Internet access
