They are seeking an experienced medical sales manager for their southwest region. This position will cover multiple states and require some overnight travel. Sales managers with this company motivate, train and manage both dealer sales reps and independent medical sales reps throughout the region. Their products are sold exclusively to hospitals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have at least 3 - 5 years of highly successful MEDICAL SALES MANAGEMENT experience and must have experience managing within a dealer rep organization OR managing independent medical sales reps.
Candidates must have experience selling and managing in a hospital environment.
Candidates must have a strong, well documented track record of accomplishments in medical sales and medical sales management.
Candidates must be able cover a large geographical territory.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree.
