Products are used by orthopedic and neurosurgeon spinal surgery specialists who treat patients with a wide variety of conditions resulting from degenerative diseases, deformities, trauma, tumor and other related spinal cord injuries. On of the fastest growing segments in the specialty medical device sector, growing 25% per year to create nearly a $3.6 billion annual market. Products in part include FIRST ARTIFICIAL DISC TO SPINE MARKET, minimal access spine surgery, cervical to sacrum spinal instrumentation, interbody devices, vertebral body replacements, osteobiologics, bone growth stimulation and other revolutionizing and transformational technologies. Responsibilities:
•Sell directly to spine surgeons, nurses, hospital executives and other health care professionals in the hospital departments of surgery and materials management.
•Drive the business and market share growth by converting spinal surgeons to our product portfolio.
•Competitively and regularly meet and exceed established sales goals and objectives with integrity.
•Build solid and lasting relationships with surgeons / customer base with ease.
•Work independently and demonstrate effective and enhanced time management skills.
•Make regular sales calls on existing and prospective spinal surgeon customers in all product categories.
•Consistently attend and service surgeries to facilitate the proper use of the products to the satisfaction of the surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.
•Handle possible objections and successfully close opportunities on a regular and timely basis.
•Professionally manage self, accounts, territory and schedule.
•Possess ability to quickly resolve problems and handle pressure.

Requirements:
•4 year BA/BS Degree.
•3+ years highly successful sales experience in orthopedic, neurosurgical, or medical devices.
•Spinal sales experience a plus.
•Professional charisma with excellent communication skills.
•Proven track record in selling products and of consistently exceeding sales goals.
•High achiever, self-motivated, top performer.
•Sales award winner; documented top 10% sales performance in peer group.
•Extraordinary drive to succeed and achieve results.
