POSITION SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LOCATION: Las Vegas
The Trade Sales Rep will be responsible for selling quality Pella Products and services to architects, residential builders (new construction and remodeling), and contractors in the (Las Vegas) area. The sales process is comprised of prospecting for potential clients, pricing/estimating projects to new and existing customers, and serving as the primary customer service contact for Pella’s product line.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will be an energetic effective communicator who is able to excel in an independent sales environment. Additional requirements include:
•University / College degree preferred.
•Knowledge of the Construction/building industry (i.e. ability to read blueprints and do take-offs).
•Ability to research and cold call to build business
•2+ years of experience in a competitive, independent, and high volume sales atmosphere.
•Customer service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
•Time Management/ Organizational Skills/ Strong communication and presentation skills
•Hunter mentality with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
•Basic computer skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Internet).
