Schwarzkopf Technologies LLC is the recognized leader in the manufacture and supply of refractory metals. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our state-of-the-art facility in Franklin, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responding to customer and prospect inquiries.
· Handling of customer service requests including quote generation, order entry and maintenance, expediting, credit and return issues.
· Ensure timely delivery commitment based on customer requirements.
· Interact with sales management, production, engineering and accounting in achieving optimal quality and service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and/or equivalent combination of directly related experience and education.
· Computer proficiency in MS Office 2003 environment (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Working knowledge of SAP software as plus
· Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
