DESCRIPTION
My client, an IT solutions firm, is seeking to add candidates to their sales team. If you have drive, enthusiam and a strong work ethic this is the opportunity for you!

As a Business Development Executive candidates will use their proven sales/technical background to develop and grow a diverse client base.

REQUIREMENTS
-We prefer a minimum of 3 years sales/business development experience in the IT/Consulting Services Industry.

-Someone who's a hunter and skilled at consultative selling with a strong can do attitude.

-Must be an excellent communicator having the ability to develop and maintain relationships with co-workers, clients, business partners, and vendors.

-BDE's report to the Director of Business Development and are responsible for the entire sales process for securing opportunities for IT services work.

-This requires effective prospecting by cold calling and networking, consistent follow through, qualifying, setting appointments and winning new business.

-The AE is responsible for meeting monthly sales goals and new business account objectives, while maintaining strong client account relationships.

-This team member will be responsible for building a new business pipeline, overall account development, achieving strategic sales objectives and having some fun doing it!

-Cold calling, networking, strategic account penetration, and winning new business should be something that you thrive on.

We're looking for:
Experience selling IT services and/or IT project work
Outstanding networking and relationship building skills
Knowledge of basic computer networking essentials
Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, energy
Excellent communication skills
