Electronic Evidence Discovery (EED) is the nation’s leading provider of software and services to help law firms and companies address inevitable changes in the field of digital discovery. Founded in 1987, EED has been a trailblazer in the rapid development of electronic discovery systems, protocols, software programs, and disciplines.

EED is currently seeking an Sales Director to be responsible for selling services to clients, prospective clients, and supplier partners for the purpose of generating sales revenues and related contracts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying and qualifying prospective customers, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales team to build solid relationships with each prospect and advancing them through the sales cycle to turn them into lifetime clients.

The chosen candidate will receive an extremely competitive salary and benefits package. This person will also gain an in-depth understanding of EED’s products and services, plus the necessary knowledge to effectively demonstrate and market them.

Responsibilities include:
• Business Development – Building relationships with targeted potential customers to foster sales in given territory under coordinated Territory Development Plan.
• Account Management – Participating in client relationships during project lifecycle to foster good customer relationship, bridging communication and business. relationships between project manager at Seattle office and client’s office.
• Sales – Submitting proposals for client work and following up to close the sale.
• Manage territory to exceed assigned quotas.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline.
• Product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with inside sales.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years outside sales experience with enterprise software and services and consistent above-quote performance.
• Account management experience in a professional market.
• Legal background highly desirables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet.
• Experience with digital imaging, document/content management and web-based solutions are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
