• HOW TO ENTER: Register and post your resume to win. Every time you update your registration you are entered into the next drawing. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Only one entry per person, or e-mail address. Registrations become the property of Sales Careers Online ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

• DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. All drawings are under the supervision of Sales Careers Online, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. All prizes will be awarded. Only one prize per person, family or household for the entire Promotional Period will be awarded.

• ELIGIBILITY: Free Promotion is open to all legal US residents, 18 years or older. Employees of Sales Careers Online, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited / restricted by law. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and accept decisions of judges as final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

• NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or US mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned, properly executed, within 30 days of issuance of prize notification. If these documents are not returned within this time period, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, or confirmation reply not received within 7 days of draw then the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its agents, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or for postage due mail.

If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the Promotion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, or lost/delayed data transmission; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.
