Independent Sales Executive

McCord and Associates, an international sales training and sales management consulting firm is expanding. Headed by leading author, speaker, and sales trainer, Paul McCord, McCord and Associates is a thought leader in the areas of pipeline generation, relationship selling, and developing top salespeople. In addition, we work with corporate management to identify and correct sales department inefficiencies including department design/redesign, compensation analysis and design, management training, and developing coaching and leadership skills.

Although Paul McCord and McCord and Associates is engaged by companies and associations in numerous industries, our core industries are financial services (including banking, securities, insurance, mortgage and financial planning), pharmaceuticals, IT and consulting.

• Sales training workshops and seminars—both standard and custom presentations
• Individual and team coaching
• Management coaching
• Keynote speeches
• Sales department troubleshooting/analysis and recommendation implementation
• Compensation and incentive analysis and design
• Management development in the areas of coaching and leadership

We are contracted worldwide with an emphasis on the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand.

We seek one or two highly skilled professional independent sales executives or a rep firm seeking to add a high value, high impact service to their portfolio of services. We offer an exceptional opportunity with superior commission structure. Physical location is not material, although in or near a major metropolitan area would be preferred. Overseas contacts would also be an asset.

To qualify you need excellent executive contacts in one or more of our core industries, superior sales skills, unquestioned reputation and image, and a desire to represent a quality product. Although this could be a full-time position for the right individual, we envision this being a additional product/service to a sales executive’s or rep firms existing portfolio. This is a commissioned, 1099 position.
