Regional Sales Director
CRITERIA:
-Sales Executive needed to penetrate assigned territories
Heavy HUNTER Sales Style with a New Business generation focus.
-Must be able to develop and execute a strategy to build the business and brand awareness in this territory
-Must be able to identify key decision makers and work effectively with senior level executives (VP, SVP, C-LEVEL)
-Ability to effectively cold call by phone
-Understanding our client/prospects organizational dynamics is crucial. Therefore you MUST have experience selling to the HR community
-Experience in the EMPLOYMENT SCREENING, HRIS, ATS, STAFFING or HR SERVICES industry is a big plus
-Contact prospects using Sterling 's database and other methods to develop relationships that will result in new business
-Extensive presentation and proposal (RFP, RFI & RFQ) experience is required
-Must have a strong desire to succeed and be able to work independently as well as part of a team
-You must have strong communication and presentation skills
-Ideal candidate will have a history of success in all sales related functions
-In-person Sales presentations will be required
-Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
-BASE + COMMISSION + RESIDUALS commensurate w/ experience
-Excellent benefits (Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match)
-Use of Company House in Orlando Florida
-Limited travel and trade show involvement will be required
-Administrative and technical support provided
