Job Opening:Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and facilitating the selling of the company's outpatient products and services directly to physician practices covering over 20 different specialties in collaboration with an Outside Sales counterpart. This person will be working directly with new and existing customers including Physicians, RN's/PA's, Office Managers and office/billing staff.

Job Qualifications:

-Strong sales background preferred;
-Strong phone presence, including but not limited to prospecting, qualifying and closing in a sales process;
-Strong interpersonal skills required;
-Must work well with internal and external resources and counterparts;
-Strong team player, can provide input and collaboration in a strategic methodology;
-Comfortable working with computer technology;
-Proficiency in working with MS Office, Email and Internet Explorer required;
-Previous experience in Medical Sales working with a small physician practice or as an Office Manager, RN, PA or Billing working within a small physician practice is helpful but not required;
-Previous medical office, sales or customer service experience with other Practice Management or Electronic
-Medical Record products helpful but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

-Achieve assigned sales quota and activity goals;
-Demonstrate proficiency in question and needs based , or consultative selling techniques;
-Demonstrate to prospective customers the features and benefits of the appropriate products and services we offer;
-Work independently to follow-up and qualify sales leads using the telephone and email;
-Work independently to schedule and conduct sales/product presentations via the Internet;
-Work with new and existing customers to ensure account and customer service satisfaction;
-Follow contract process and complete contract orders directly with customers;
-Use Salesforce.com to capture and report all sales activities on a daily basis;
-Attend and participate in scheduled departmental and corporate meetings and product/service training sessions;
-Other miscellaneous duties as requested and required by management.

Compensation Package:

Base salary + Commission commensurate with experience.
