Job Opportunity
For our Lead Generation service, our Associates partner with client salespeople to rapidly generate new, high-quality business opportunities for the client company. This entails Associates doing all the critical steps at the beginning of a business sales cycle and then transitioning the sales opportunity to the client. Representing assigned clients, key responsibilities of an Associate include:
• Business Research—Determining specific industries and companies that would have a demand for the client’s product/service
• Executive Prospecting—Identifying specific executives that should be targeted for marketing initiatives
• Marketing—Contacting the targeted executives via phone and email to generate demand
• Sales Support—Arranging introductory sales meetings between a client salesperson and the executive prospect

This is a very challenging but rewarding professional opportunity. Marketing and sales experience as well as strong business acumen is very helpful, but not necessary. Extensive group and 1-on-1 training is provided to ensure your success.

Compensation and Benefits
• A competitive base salary + monthly performance-based incentives + annual profit-sharing bonus
• First year earnings potential can be $50,000 to $70,000
• Second year earnings potential of $70,000 to $90,000+

Requirements
