We are looking to fill this newly created unique position, Golf Club Sales & Club Fitting Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITES
o Negotiating with Club companies
o Manages and oversees club vendor relationships and programs
o Monitoring merchandise and volume
o Integration and rollout of the programs and contests to multi-unit locations
o Building execution guides for club programs and initiatives to ensure maximum effectiveness
o Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
o Support corp. and franchise stores
o Help support merchandise and club sales operations
REQUIREMENTS
o BS/BA degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
o 5 - 10 years experience in sales or sales management.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
o Strong business, operations and technology acumen
o Flexibility to adjust priorities as business conditions change
o Strong analytical skill and organizational skills
o Previous Franchise experience preferred
o Launch monitor, video and high tech fitting exp. preferred
o Club fitting exp. a plus
o PGA professional a plus
