WDean, a newly formed digital agency that specializes in Flash-based micro-sites for advertising, is seeking out an experienced and well-connected sales expert from the agency world. It is being founded by a 10-year veteran software developer who has made high-end interactive micro-sites created in Flash and Java his specialty. The market consists of the national full-service ad agencies and their clients.

The compensation is 20% of all gross sales from your accounts. Since these micro-sites average $250,000 and we expect to create about 2 of them a month, the 20% comes out to $100,000 a month once we get rolling.
