Long Description:
A private Hearing Healthcare practice is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to prospect for new patients needing hearing aids, and call existing patients and schedule appointments for upkeep and maintenance on their hearing appliances. Must be a self-starter, team player! The practice is located in Westchester/Scarsdale,NY area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Candidates will be calling on patients to set up appointments for this private Hearing Healthcare practice.
- Develop a list of patients, formers patients, and prospects to contact.
- Make between --- and --- calls/day.( to be determined by the Practice).
- Schedule a minimum of -- qualified appointments/week. (to be determined by Practice)
- Maintain call logs and reports detailing calls and appointments made.
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Business school or associates degree or equivalent is a plus.
- 2 – 3 years telemarketing experience.
- Must have basic understating of Microsoft Excel and internet savvy.
- Must be well organized and able to work well independently.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Great listening and closing skills.
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
A good base salary is offered. This is a part or full-time position! Hourly salary & commission offered.
